While largely home-based, all children and adults are members of the Opal Cliffs community. 

This diverse community is comprised of students and families in K-8th grade, and include Soquel Union Elementary School District employees expressly responsible in support of the OC HBLM.

Students and families are partnered with an Opal Cliffs teacher who offers support & guidance with the state educational standards and other educational guidance as needed.
